Brookvent are now accredited to provide EPCs - Energy Performance certificates (Northern Ireland) to buyers or sellers of existing properties. |

Saving Energy - Energy efficiency surveys (Northern Ireland).
We now offer to the homeowner an energy survey and energy efficiency advice service. As part of the survey we will identify the key factors that are affecting the home energy rating of your home and inform you as to the changes you can make to improve your energy efficiency. Prior to any survey we recommend that you visit www.est.org.uk (Energy Saving Trust). The EST is a government supported initative to educate the general public on the general energy saving measures as well as the energy performance of buildings. If you wish to have a more specific energy efficiency survey and detailed energy efficiency advice, appointments can be booked by phone, fax, email or use the web enquiry page.
